Accessibility Statement
Subaio ApS ("Subaio") is supervised by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet) and provides financial technology services to banks and financial institutions. As a company in scope of Directive (EU) 2019/882 ("European Accessibility Act"), Subaio is committed to making its services accessible in accordance with the European Accessibility Act. This statement applies to the provision of Subaio Budget, our consumer-facing solution for budget preparation in credit processes.
Our Commitment
At Subaio, we believe that financial clarity should be accessible to everyone. We are committed to providing digital experiences that are accessible to all users, including those who rely on assistive technologies.
We are actively working to improve the accessibility of the Services. At present, the Services partially meet the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards. This means that some accessibility requirements are met, but we are still working to address remaining accessibility issues.
Subaio Budget
Subaio Budget is our consumer-facing solution that helps users prepare budgets as part of credit processes. This product is designed with accessibility in mind and includes the following features:
- Screen reader compatibility for users with visual impairments
- Full keyboard navigation support
- Clear and consistent visual hierarchy
- Sufficient color contrast ratios
- Descriptive labels and instructions for form fields
- Error messages that clearly identify and describe issues
- Responsive design that adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels
Standards and Compliance
We strive to conform to the following accessibility standards:
- European Accessibility Act (EAA), EU Directive 2019/882 on accessibility requirements for products and services
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA conformance
- EN 301 549, European standard for accessibility requirements for ICT products and services
Ongoing Efforts
We are continuously working to improve accessibility through:
- Regular accessibility audits of our products
- Training our development teams on accessibility best practices
- Incorporating accessibility testing into our development process
- Gathering feedback from users with disabilities
- Working with our bank partners to ensure accessible implementation
