As a Sales Development Representative you will have the responsibility for being the first point of contact for the sales process. Researching, prospecting and qualifying the leads – always with a build, measure, learn mindset. We already have a best in class product, but as we expand into new markets, we need a Sales Development Representative to handle all the inbound and outbound lead traffic. That’s where you come in!
You love enterprise sales. Your education is not as important as your experience. You can come from a pure sales background, but business development or similar profiles are also more than welcome to apply. It is a huge plus if you have had experience with working within a startup and have the entrepreneurial mindset needed in a workday that will be filled with ambiguity. But most importantly you need to be ready to have fun. Because it’s going to be a rollercoaster where the aim is to expand to all the European countries!
What will you do?

We implement structure and processes but need someone who can work on multiple projects at once. You will work hands-on in a busy, international workforce.
A typical workday could include:
Researching new markets, building a pipeline of potential leads, and nurturing relationships with potential customers using HubSpot, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Identifying points of contact within target companies and reaching out to prospective clients via outbound calls, emails, and social media.
Qualifying new leads and following up on warm leads, owning your pipeline
Staying current on industry news and understanding the social media landscape.
Collaborate with Marketing by bringing innovative lead generation ideas.
Supporting Sales teams on outbound strategies.
Celebrating a successful sale with a bottle of champagne.
Worth applying if?
You are interested in enterprise sales. It is an advantage if you have experience within the field, but not a must.
You have the ability to ‘take the lead’ and not be afraid of taking initiatives.
You possess the ability to dig through data on LinkedIn with Sales Navigator to find the right personas with the customer and crafting compelling messages to set up the first demo.
You are data-driven and willing to become an expert at using a growing tech stack of sales acceleration and automation tools.
You are obviously a team player, eager to be part of an ambitious team.
You have exceptional ability to organise work and tasks.
You maintain a positive mindset irrespective of any challenging situations.
You have A Pippi Longstocking attitude of ‘I’ve never tried that before. I’m probably really good at it.
You have the knack to pick up the phone and cold call to set up meetings with potential new prospects.
You are interested in learning all about the ins and outs of the fin-tech industry and growing your career as a sales executive
